Suzanne I don't have a picture but my favorite pajamas are red with monkey faces on them I used to have matching slippers lt blue with monkey faces. The slippers finally wore out these were a Christmas gift from my daughter about ten years ago. The pajamas are flannel and I love them because I live in Wisconsin. thanks for all the great reading Linda

Seeing your picture took me back to when I was in High School many years ago and one year my mom said to me one new year's eve to wear my good pajamas instead of a tshirt and shorts. I glad I did because one of the clubs I belonged to at school had a surprise sunrise breakfast and they came everyone's home and picked us up, so I wasn't embrassed. Thanks for listening. Celima

Dear Suzanne,

I enjoyed your delightful post about the pj's. Your photos are precious especially the sweet one when you were very young. Your memories and emotions are wonderful to read and learn about.

When I was young during Chanukah we used to receive pyjamas and slippers. I used to live in a particularly lengthy, severe and dark northern clime so pj's and slippers were a gift which I loved and used to appreciate. The cold, severe and endless winters were made bearable with this gift. I was always surprised by this useful and special present. I loved a pair of pj's that I wore forever. Flannel, of course to stay warm and cozy and they had a lovely yellow and blue print of dogs. Thank you for this lovely contest and your entertaining and memorable pyjama post. Best wishes for a wonderful 2011. Sharon

PJ6Here in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, we usually don't need pajamas! But no, I'm not sending that picture. This year and last have been the first time I've been able to put my comfy, plaid, flannel pajamas to good use, and I've enjoyed the coziness! Here I am, in proper pj attire, with all the accoutrements -- a cuppa coffee, a book and my new Kindle. Who could ask for anything more? Happily yours, Martha

Hello Suzanne -

PJ7Well here I am in my Pj's back in the 50's if you couldn't tell already by the looking at the picture. My mom had our basement set up as a rec room as they called it back then - and she had one of those old cardboard fireplaces set up (I guess because she always wanted one) don't feel too bad for her - she eventually moved to a house that had one over the years... this was taken at Christmas - with my brother Larry and our Dog named Dogwood! Too funny - what great memories!! Sandi

Hi, I am not a pajamas kind of guy. Oh, I don't "sleep wearing nothing" said in that sort of throw-away way some men do for attention and nor do I wear only cologne--Marilyn Monroe is supposed to have said she wore Chanel 5 to bed implying and nothing else--but then look where she ended up.

I usually wear old blue jeans cut down to shorts and a t-shirt but i don't have a photo just now.
